Please visit Keya at Stolen Fertility she gave birth to her daughter a few days ago and her baby is critically ill. She could use our prayers and support!

Our journey so far

November 2007 - Thanksgiving..R and I met

January 2008 - got engaged (yes, that is fast, but when you know its right, you know it!)

July 4, 2008 - married! I get fireworks every year for our anniversary!! Start TTC right away

Oct 2008 - May 2009 - R in Afghanistan

Mar. 2009 - FSH checked due to family history of early menopause - slightly elevated at 8.2

June 2009 - BFP!!!

July 2009 - Missed M/C - absolutely devastated
Bleeding from July - Oct 2009 - nonstop - ugh!

October 2009 - large cyst on right ovary - BCP to shrink and hopefully "restart" system and stop bleeding - it worked!!

January 2010 - Begin Clomid 50 mg - BFN

Feb-Dec 2010 - Clomid (up to 150mg) - BFN

April 2010 - SA - looks good!

May - IUI#1 - BFN

June - IUI #2 - BFN

July - no period - no IUI
- begin acupuncture 1 x week

Aug - Progesterone to get period

Sept. HSG - all clear! Meet RE#1 - more tests...

October - repeat FSH - up to 15.8 (!)

November - IUI #3 - BFN
- find new RE, really don't care for #1
- AMH results in - undetectable
- Fragile X - not a carrier
- Baseline U/S - only 6 follies (normal would be closer to 20) :(
- New RE says in premature ovarian failure - try 1 more IUI, BFN (as expected)
- told we need to consider either donor eggs or adoption

December 2010 - find an RE locally that offers a discount for cash paying patients (our insurance covers NOTHING!)
- sister volunteers to be egg donor

January 2011 - consider injectible IUI cycle - cancelled due to high estrogen levels

February 2011 - shoulder surgery - on a break
begin BCP with this cycle to prepare for DE IVF in April

March 14 - begin Lupron 10 units daily

March 21 - stop BCP

March 28 - Begin Delestrogen - every 3 days slowly increasing dosage

April 15 - sister arrives

April 16 - sister U/S

4/23 - Retrieval - 6 eggs, 4 mature, 3 fertilized

4/26 - Transferred 3, day 3 embryos, 7, 7, and 8 cells, all grade 1

5/6 - beta day = BFP!!!!

1/21/12 - Beautiful daughter is born

12/12 - Surprise BFP! Due 8/16/13
